  • How it works?

    Choose the right data plan for you. To activate, SMS the appropriate activation code to 3636.

    Use your Mobile Internet plan anywhere in Chippieland without worries about using more than you've purchased.

    MINUTES & SMS
    Pay for your calls and SMS per minute/message from your prepaid credit balance.

    TERMS
    Our Data Only plans renew automatically at expiry date for uninterrupted mobile service at the best rates for data. Purchased data is available for use for a fixed timeframe after activation and does not roll over. .

    If insufficient prepaid credit is available for renewal, no further renewal attempts will be made and data, voice and SMS service will continue based on pay-as-you-go rates per MB, minute & SMS.

    After a failed auto-renewal attempt, customer must manually send an SMS to 3636 to activate a new bundle of choice.

    Auto-renew process can be cancelled at any time before plan expires. SMS your original activation command + the word STOP to 3636 to stop auto-renew. For example, to stop Auto-renew for the BDO bundle, send BDO STOP.


    • A compatible smartphone is required: double check if you have a smartphone device with the following frequencies: 2G: 900/1800 Mhz, 3G/4G: 850/2100 MHz
    • Don’t forget to check if your APN is set on PREMIUM: these settings vary per smartphone, but can often be found in Settings-> Mobile Network-> APN.
